Bayou Inspection Services, Inc d/b/a/ Bayou Testers is engaged in the business of Non Destructive Testing (NDE) we provide the industry with a reliable, responsible organization for this type of activity. We have over the decades attained a position of leadership in the industry and take great respect in that position.
Our goals are to be responsive to our employee’s needs, to protect the environment and too never put profit before the welfare our employees the environment and the community.
We further strive to be technologically advanced in our disciplines. To maintain a safe and friendly work environment for our employees as well as our clients.
History
In 1995, the owners of Bayou Inspection Services, Inc. founded Acadiana Testing & Heating, Inc. (ATH) as industry and governmental regulations increased as well as larger and more complex, metallurgical processes were being utilized in the offshore petrochemical industry, there developed a need for specialized stress relieving and heating services. By combining the services of these two experienced companies, it provides you the client the efficiency and effectiveness of an integrated team for all of your NDT and metallurgical processes.
Acadiana Testing and Heating, Inc. provides both heat treatment and stress relief testing onsite at our yard, at your shop location, or at your offshore location. Between our land based and offshore service options we have everything that you need for your testing services. Through our relationship with Bayou Testers we can provide additional NDT services for a full service package that will enable you to streamline your testing processes in the most cost, labor, and time efficient ways possible. Our dedicated staff bring years of experience to the job and enable you the piece of mind that your project is in the hands of skilled professionals. Keeping Pace
Bayou Testers is also keeping pace with the advances in ultrasonic testing by offering Phased Array Technology and Positive Material Identification (PMI). Bayou Testers uses phased array equipment with encoding capabilities to provide a permanent record of the scans.
Bayou Testers will meet this demand by providing quality technicians that have been certified by or in accordance with industrial organizations which govern the inspection, maintenance, repair, and the fabrication of offshore and petrochemical equipment.
